We've lost 2 dogs from our home on November 13, 2008. One is Jazz, a brown and white beagle mix weighing about 35 lbs with half of her right ear missing and Jed is a male black and white hound mix weighing about 70 lbs. Both are fixed and very friendly although Jazz may be a bit skittish. They disappeared together so we think they may be traveling together. If you have seen them or have any information, please call 865.300.5074. Thank you.

We kept hearing load booms outside last night. Finally, we decided to go check it out. There were fireworks over Alcoa High School football field. Ah, yes, every time they score a touchdown fireworks rise into the sky.

Alcoa scored 68 points against Cumberland Gap for a shutout.

That's a lot of fireworks!
