Vice-President Dick Cheney met behind closed doors with executives from Exxon-Mobil, Chevron-Texaco, Shell, & BP at least 5 times in 2001, starting in March.

There they created a Working Map used to sub-divide post-War Iraqi Oil fields. "Earmarked for Production Sharing" appears in the Key. "Production Sharing Agreements" was the term used for the "Iraqi Hydrocarbon Law" back in 2001. We are now borrowing massive amounts of money from foreign countries, driving the value of the Dollar into the dirt, in order to pay for the continued occupation.
