Texas Roadhouse under new management

The Texas Roadhouse franchise in Alcoa has been purchased by the Texas Roadhouse Corp. parent company. The company has acquired a number of franchise in recent years as part of a corporate strategy to improve profits.

With the change in ownership, the restaurant will be closed for lunch during the week. It will still be open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for lunch.

After suffering through 8 years of Corporate Texo-Fascism, why would anybody eat at a restaurant with vulgarity in their name?
