A federal jury this afternoon deemed Maryville administrators guilty of using job-loss threats to try to shut down a firefighters’ union.

No word yet on damages.

Congrats to the firefighters’ union for not giving up. It takes time and patience in this area.

Anti-Union Maryville

My question is where is the local Daily Times in this story? The answer is no where to be found. They don't want the people of Maryville to know that they are having to spend out $100,000.00 just because they are Anti-Union.
